Shipping is a flat $15.00 per order within the United States.
Cold chain
Materials that require cold-chain handling are packed in insulated packaging appropriate to their storage requirements. Each product page lists that material’s storage temperature so you can plan for it on arrival.
Payment, processing & tracking
Payment is arranged manually by bank transfer — we do not process cards on the storefront. An order is packed once payment is confirmed against its reference code. You can follow status at any time from your order page. Some materials carry destination restrictions; those are shown at checkout before you place the order.
