What this site is.
Ready Set Peptide publishes what it knows about the materials it sells and how it ships them. That is the whole purpose of this site. This page sets out the limits of that information and of what we are answerable for.
1. Information, not advice
Everything on this site — catalog pages, certificates of analysis, the quality pages, support replies, and the on-site assistant — is provided so you can identify what you are buying and follow an order. None of it is advice of any kind, and none of it is guidance for using a material. We do not publish instructions for use, and we will not supply them on request.
2. The on-site assistant
The assistant answers a deliberately narrow set of operational questions: the status of an order from its reference code, a certificate from its lot number, whether a material is in stock, the storage temperature we publish for it, and how shipping works. Outside that set it declines and offers to bring in a person. It will not answer questions about use in people or animals — the refusal is designed, not a fault — and its answers are informational in the same way the rest of the site is.
3. What we warrant
Each lot ships with a published certificate of analysis giving its documented identity and purity, the analytical methods used, the independent laboratory that issued it, and the signatory who released the lot. We stand behind those published specifications for the lot as it left us, on the condition that it was kept at the documented storage temperature after delivery. Beyond those specifications, materials are supplied “as is,” with no other warranty of any kind, stated or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Whether a material suits a given research program is the researcher’s judgment to make, not ours.
4. What we are answerable for
If a shipment arrives damaged, incomplete, wrong, or off specification, the remedy is the one in our returns policy — replacement of the affected items or a refund of what you paid for them. To the fullest extent the law allows, that is the limit of our responsibility for an order: we are not answerable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost work or lost time, or for anything arising out of how a material was handled, stored, transferred, or used after it was delivered. Nothing on this page limits any responsibility the law does not permit us to limit.
5. Errors, changes, and which record governs
Pages can carry typographic errors, pricing errors, or details that have gone out of date, and we may correct them at any time — including after an order is placed but before it ships. Where a correction materially changes an order, we contact you first and you may cancel. Where a product page and a published certificate disagree about a lot, the certificate is the record that governs; you can look up any lot on our batch verification page. Availability and prices can change without notice.
6. Outside links and partner stores
Where we link to an outside site, we do not control it and are not answerable for what it publishes. Stores operated by partners on this platform sell our catalog under their own names: product content, specifications, certificates, and research-use-only labeling stay ours, while a partner’s own store copy is that partner’s, written under our content rules and checked against them automatically before it can be saved.
7. Changes to this page
We may update this disclaimer. Continued use of the store after an update means the revised version applies to you.
